Tooth from the Otter ancestor Potamotherium

This little tooth comes from the otter ancestor Potamotherium. It was found in the Oligocene sediments of St. Pourcain. Sur Sioule / Allier in France

The tooth is perfectly preserved with root, it measures about 8 mm.

The fossil is unbroken - no manipulations.

Exrtrem rarely offered piece for the advanced collection.
