Amphibian skull triassic age

Offered is a rare and fascinating item for the specialist fossil collector a complete skull with lower jaws of an unidentified Amphibian. It was found in the lower triassic; Dienerian, of Ambilobe, Moronodova Syncline, Madagascar.

Nice to see is the detailed skull surface and the typical "third eye".

The skull is complete with lower jaws. It measures about 10 x 9 cm. The nodule was broken and has been glued, no further manipulations. The nodule measures about 10 x 9 x 7 cm.
