Products description
A bigger fish has a smaller one inside his mouth. The appetite was bigger than the mouth and so both fishes did not survive this last meal.
Both fish are Dapalis Macrurus. The fossil dates from the Oligocene of Cereste, France. The age is approximately 35 million years.
The fish measure about 18 cm. The matrix is original and unbroken, it measures about 26 x 17 cm.
No manipulations at all!
