Products description
This is the second vertebra (Axis) of the "Steppe Bison" (bison priscus).
The fossil comes from the Pleistocene sediments of Stockstadt near Darmstadt in Germany.
The vertebra is unbroken, it measures about 22 x 16 x 14 cm.
Great preservation, no manipulations at all!
