Products description
This tooth from the woolly mammoth Mammuthus primigenius comes from the Pleistocene sediments of Speyer in Germany.
It is a gravel pit find.
The fossil is completely preserved with root and very heavy and massive. It is highly mineralized.
It is unbroken and measures about 16 x 12 x 8 cm.
The animal was not yet fully grown, it is a juvenile specimen.
No manipulations!
