This is a fossil of the right lower jaw with three teeth from the woolly rhinoceros Coelodonta antiquitatis. It was a juvenile (not yet fully grown) animal.
The fossil is a gravel pit find from the Pleistocene sediments of Geinsheim in Germany. It is massively heavy and strongly mineralized, it measures about 13 x 11 x 5 cm.
The jaw is unbroken and is original - just as found - without any manipulations.
