Bison priscus neck vertebra

Here we offer a neck vertebra of the Steppe Bison (Bison priscus).
This specis is extinct nowadays.

The fossil was found in the pleistocene sediments of a gravel pit near Bensheim in Germany.
It is unbroken and measures about 13 x 12 x 10 cm.
