Products description

This dinosaur footprint ( Grallator subgenus Eubrontes veillonensis) comes from the Rhaetian (Triassic-Jurassic boundary) and is around 200 million years old.

It was found on the Atlantic beach of Le Veillon near Sables d Ollonnes in France.
We were lucky and were able to purchase the piece from an old collection; the site is under strict protection and digging is no longer allowed there.

It is a very impressive and well-preserved fossil, even the traces of the claws have been preserved.

Size of the sfootprint: 20 cm high and 13 cm wide. It is raised and stands out clearly from the matrix, the relief is over a centimeter high!
The stone is unbroken and measures approximately 35 x 28 x 1.5 cm.
Honest piece - no manipulation whatsoever!

Don't miss the opportunity to add this rare and museum-worthy exhibit to your collection.
