Products description
This partial skeleton of Gnadonoston latirostre comes from the Permian layers (Rotliegenes, Schwarzpelite Bank) of Pfarrwald, Heimkirchen
in Germany.
The fossil has been preserved in great detail, even teeth can be seen. A special feature of this specimen is that the body outline has been
preserved. Skin preservation is rare; it is often only imitated using varnish or paint. Not so with this piece - everything is original and authentic.
The fossil measures about 11 cm, the plate was broken and measures about 13 x 14 x 1.5 cm.
The discovery area has been under strict protection since 1986, and no new finds from there come onto the market. This piece comes from an old collection.
Rarely offered species.
