Stegocephalus Skull

This skull of Stegocephalus was found in the permian layers of Odernheim, Germany (Odernheimer Kalkbank). The age of this fossil is about 295 mio. years.

The skull measues about 8 x 6,5 cm. The stone was broken and have been glued.

Rarely offered fossil skull from famous european location!
