These Stromatholithes were found in the lower permian layers (lower Rotliegendes) of the so called "Remigiusberg" near Theisberg-Stegen in Germany.
The stone is unbroken, it measures about 35 x 24 x 7 cm.
Fossils from this unusual location rarely appear for sale on the market.
